Our office is looking for a skilled and committed Customer Service Representative – CSR to join our team. As the customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering patient calls, answering client’s, taking queries, follow-ups, and making sound decisions. Your daily tasks will include managing tracking late payments. To excel in this role, it is essential to have a thorough understanding of good English communications.

Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills are required as communicating with clients and insurance agents will be a significant aspect of the job. This is an onsite full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package. CSR Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinating with doctor’s office in US regarding office hours, appointments and location changes etc.
  • Gathering details of patient queries for any results and medications and relaying info to doctor’s office.
  • Handle other duties as needed.
  • Manage customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and ensure resolution.
  • Identify client needs, and respond in a professional, efficient, and courteous manner.
  • Solve queries of patients regarding their medical issues
  • Handling Front Desk (USA)
  • 2 to 3 years hands on experience of customer support

CSR Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a CSR or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of client communications.
  • Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Must have call center experience.
