Yes. RCM Centric does offer to import your previous data. We can import various data, ranging from patients to insurance lists. We can finish most tasks within 5-7 business days. You can provide the data in a combination of formats according to the compatibility of your software. Alternatively, if you can’t export/obtain your practice data, our team can remotely access your system and try to get your data for you at no extra charge.

Yes. If you are not satisfied, you can export your data at any time without extra charges. You can save a copy of your data to your local computer in standard file formats.

No, we don’t have any hidden charges and we don’t charge extra to our clients. Everything is transparent and we deliver what we committed. We only charge for the services we provide and add-ons charges which client opt-in while signing the contract.

Once you agree to sign-up with our services, our CRM team will send you a contract to sign. You can review all the terms/conditions and send us a signed copy for our records. The contract will include a services agreement, HIPAA agreement, and pricing agreement.

Upon signing an agreement contract with RCM Centric, we will appoint a dedicated Operations Manager to your account. That Operations Manager will be liable for the timeliness and effectiveness of pre-installation, information gathering and inputs, system installation, and system training with providers and your office staff before we start working on your practice.

Yes, we provide credentialing and enrollment for each medical provider. The credentialing application fee will be applied. Each client is assigned a dedicated credentialing specialist who holds active enrollment with your insurance. Our enrollment and credentialing database allow tracking of credentials and insurance revalidation, so they are addressed timely before the expiration date(s).
