By opting in via our Practice Portal, web forms, contracts, or other channels, you agree to receive transactional account notifications from RCM Centric related to your practice account. These messages may include, but are not limited to: appointment reminders/confirmations, invoice and payment alerts/receipts, claim status updates, monthly statements, important account or security notifications.

1) Program Description

We send SMS strictly for Practice Portal account notifications:

  • Appointment reminders/confirmations and follow-ups
  • Invoice issued/due, payment received, failed/expired card notices
  • Claim/EOB status updates and statement availability
  • Account and security alerts (e.g., new device sign-in)

2) Opt-In & Consent

You will receive SMS only after providing consent (e.g., checking a box on a form, enabling SMS in the portal, or completing a double opt-in). Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. We log opt-in/out details (timestamp, method, number) for compliance.

3) Cost & Frequency

  • Message frequency may vary based on your practice account activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.

4) Opt-Out & Support

  • To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation SMS.

  • You may also manage preferences in the Practice Portal, where available.
  • Support hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 PKT (GMT+5). (Add your US hours here if applicable.)

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. We may share limited information with service providers solely to deliver messages under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information. We minimize PHI in SMS and direct you to our secure Portal for sensitive details.

6) Eligibility & Responsibilities

You must be the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number provided. Keep your contact information current. You are responsible for carrier charges.

7) Carriers & Delivery

Delivery depends on your carrier/network and is not guaranteed. Participating carriers may change and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8) Changes to the Program or Terms

  • We may modify or terminate the SMS program or these Terms at any time.

  • Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
